Need More Energy in the Morning? Try These 3 Recipes!

Are you like me and skip breakfast? Or do you always go for the same old bagel every time? In general, we do not put too much thought into what we eat for breakfast, which is sad because it is the most important meal of the day. It can be super easy, especially while getting ready for the long work day ahead, to put breakfast on the bottom of our to-do list. However, breakfast provides us with fuel to get through the day. Without breakfast, you are running on fumes and your energy can plummet. In order to get the most energy, it is essential that we eat something in the mornings that is packed full of all sorts of energy-boosting nutrients.

Fit Kitchen provides us with three recipes that are packed with plenty of Omega 3 fatty acids, nutrients, and essential vitamins like Vitamin D. Throughout the recipes we see avocado, chia seeds, oatmeal, and hemp seeds being used to make up the Omega 3 fatty acids portion of the meals. For fruits full of nutrients and vitamins, we see goji berries and bananas being used. Each recipe also contains protein as seen with the eggs, almond butter, and almond milk being used. All of the ingredients in each recipe come together to make meals that will provide us with more energy in the morning to face the day.

Our next installment of Fit Kitchen is sharing 3 extremely simple and nutritious breakfasts for stamina & energy all day long. Having a balanced breakfast is so important, and these 3 recipes have everything you need. SUBSCRIBE to LEAFtv for more! (watch in HD!)
