When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday with standard shipping. If your order is placed between Friday 3pm EST and Sunday 11:59pm EST, it will ship Monday or the next business day if a holiday.

Can I cancel my order?

We are only able to cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. To cancel your order, fill out the contact form here and a team member will reply via email. Our team is only available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. If your order has already been shipping, you will have to process a return.

Shipping and Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

There is free shipping on orders over $100, or on all subscription orders. All subscriptions receive free shipping and a 10% discount; this cannot be combined with other discounts.

What are shipping costs?

U.S. domestic orders are $3.90 for standard shipping. Free shipping is available for orders over $100 or on subscription orders.

Can I return my order?

Returns are only accepted for unopened products. If you have questions, please contact our customer support team here.

My product is damaged/the bottle is open.

All Basic Brands Inc. products are manufactured in the USA using globally sourced ingredients.

Basic Brands Inc. is a family-owned company located in Ohio. We are proudly owned, manufactured and distributed in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.

Coupons and Discounts

Do you offer coupons or discounts?

New customers get 10% off their first order by signing up for our email list. To sign up, navigate to the bottom of the page and enter your email address to create an account. Subscribers also receive a 10% discount in addition to free shipping, making that the most economic option.

Subscriptions

What is the benefit of a subscription?

Subscriptions are offered to help automatically replenish your supply, so you never have to worry about forgetting to reorder! Also, subscribers also receive a 10% discount in addition to free shipping, making that the most economic option.

How do I sign up for a subscription?

Products available for subscription will have a "One-Time Purchase" and "Subscribe & Save" option. By selecting "Subscribe & Save", you will be purchasing a subscription. Your billing information will be kept securely on file and charged at regular intervals so you will automatically receive refills.

Can I pause my subscription or delay my next order?

Yes. Begin by logging into your customer account here. NOTE: If you are creating a new customer account, it must match the same email address associated with your subscription purchase. Once you are logged in, select the "manage subscription" link can edit their subscriptions, update billing information, or see their purchase history through the customer portal. If you have any issues, please reach out to customer support here.

Can I change the cadence of my subscription?

If you need a special frequency for your subscription delivery, reach out to customer support here and we can update it for you. If you simply want to change your next order date to be sooner or later, you can do so by logging into the customer account associated with the subscription here, select manage subscription, and then choose to edit the next order date.

Do you have products for eye health?

Our EyeScience products are formulated for ocular health and include Macular Health Formula, Dry Eye Formula, Digital Blue Light Formula and Astaxanthin 12mg. Our POWERALL multivitamin is also great for eye health with 2x Lutein as other formulas.

Do you have natural sleep aids?

Our natural sleep aid options include our Basic Brands Melatonin tablets, Basic Brands Melatonin and Passionflower gummies and Basic Organics Ashwagandha and Organic Black Pepper capsules.

What is your best product for joint pain?

Basic Brands Pureflex Glucosamine Sulfate and Glucosamine Chondroitin contains a blend of ingredients that helps to lubricate joints and reduce swelling.

Are your products organic?

Basic Brands has several lines of products. The only 100% organic line of products we have is Basic Organics, which includes our Ashwagandha, Beet Root and Cinnamon. In addition, our Achieve Cinnamon and EyeScience Astaxanthin are organic.

Are your products safe for children?

Before using any product, please consult with your child’s pediatrician or physician.

Can I take your products while pregnant?

If you are pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor before using.

Do you have products formulated for diabetics?

Our Achieve line of products is specifically formulated for those with diabetes. These products include Achieve Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Achieve Blood Sugar Ultra Support Formula, and the Achieve Berberine Glucose Support Formula.
