BASIC BRANDS, INC. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Basic Brands, Inc., we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our Basic Brands®, Basic Organics®, Harvest of Nature®, Powerall®, Cleanz-Blendz®, EyeScience®, Pura Salud™, Lipz®, Personal Edge™, PharmaCare®, NeuroActives™, Omax® or Achieve® branded products you purchased from Basic Brands or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product.   Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Basic Brands, Inc. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.  The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser. 

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please call us at 614-863-3004 or email us at customerservice@basicbrandsinc.com.  If submitting your request by email, please include the name of the product you purchased, why you are dissatisfied with the product, and include a copy of your proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased your product.  If you submit your request over the phone, please have this information available when you call.  If your request is approved, you will then need to provide a copy of your proof of purchase if not submitted by email, as well as photos of your product and/or its packaging as requested by Basic Brands, Inc.  If your request is approved, Basic Brands, Inc. may also require that you mail the unused portion of your product, and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to:

If asked to return the unused portion of your product, Basic Brands, Inc. will provide a prepaid shipping label for your use.  You must submit your Guarantee request within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

Guarantee Guidelines

Basic Brands, Inc. reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Basic Brands, Inc. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
